I had an amazing time during my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the jetted bathtub for relaxing after a long day at the park. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The lobby area provided a great place to hang out with friends after our adventures. This place was just an appropriate option for a short stay in Lancaster with very good value for money. The room had a big gap under the door, but overall it served its purpose. Just make sure to double-check any extra charges on your credit card.

Nice stay but room issues

We had a nice time hanging by the pool, and breakfast spread was pretty good! But our room had a weird smell and it took a couple tries to get things sorted. Staff were friendly enough, though, and fixed our issues as best they could. Overall, it was okay, but definitely needs some cleaning.

The room was in poor condition with visible holes in the walls, a large gap under the door, and only one coat hanger for two people. Construction noise started early in the morning, disrupting our sleep, and the grounds were littered with trash. The facility claimed to have a handicap room, but it lacked essential supports. On the positive side, we appreciated the quick room change request and the availability of traditional local products nearby.
